FosterMD is happy to offer the Allē Program to its patients. As a member, you will enjoy exclusive savings on Allergan® facial aesthetic treatments and products such as Botox® and Juvederm®.

What is Allē?

Allē is a premier customer rewards program where you get paid for using the products and services you love at FosterMD. The program, run by Allergan®, rewards you with points that can then be used as a coupon toward future Botox® and Juvederm® treatments. Membership is free and easy to use.

• Enroll –It’s quick and easy to get started earning your reward points. Just log on to the Allē Program website and fill out the registration form. Select Dr. Wayne Foster as your preferred physician. Allē is not a program created by FosterMD; we simply offer it to our patients to help make their visits more affordable. It’s important to sign up prior to your next appointment to ensure your next treatment is counted under the program.
• Earn – As soon as you register at the Allē website, you are eligible to start earning points and saving. Make sure you call our staff and notify them that you are a Allē member. After that, we will take care of the rest. After each qualifying treatment or purchase, we will issue your earned points into your account. Points should be available in your BD Account within 24 to 48 hours. It’s that easy.
• Enjoy – After you have earned enough points, log into your BD Account and select “Redeem Points”. Select the number of points you would like to use and click “Create Coupon”. Print out your coupon and bring it to your next visit. The amount of points selected will be deducted from your account. You must have your coupon with you at the time of use or else we will be unable to issue you your discount. Coupons are valid for 60 days from issue date. Expired coupons will not be honored.

How do I keep track of my points?

After your treatment, you should receive a voucher from the Allē Program with the number of points you earned. Your voucher will have an expiration date. You can always log into your BD Account and check your point balance.

How many points can I earn?

Each treatment and product is worth a specific number of points. Points available for our most popular treatments include:

Can I still redeem my points if I forget my coupon?

No. You must present a printed coupon at the time of your treatment or purchase. The Allē Program was created and is maintained by Allergan®, not FosterMD, so we are unable to apply any discount without a coupon. We just offer the program’s benefits to our patients.

Do my points expire?

Yes. Points expire nine months from the date they were issued.
