What happens?
Depending on the depth of your chemical peel, it will target different levels of your skin. Light peels will remove just your outer layer (epidermis) and are often at-home treatments. Medium dpeth peels will target the middle layer of your skin (dermis). Deep peels will remove skin at an even deeper level. Both Medium and Deep peels are performed by a medical professional.
